From 7am to noon daily, guests are treated to an exceptional breakfast menu that caters to all tastes. Whether you prefer a freshly made Seasonal Parfait, Cornbread & Gravy, Hatch Green Chili Quiche, or a hot Breakfast Burrito we’ve got something for every palate.  We’re proud to use local eggs, tortillas, and bread along with locally sourced Colorado Elk chorizo and sausage.
